Subscription, billing, or refunds

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. We never see your payment details.

My free trial / Pro status isn't showing up

Force-quit the app and reopen it. Pro status syncs from the App Store on app launch. If it still doesn't show:

  1. Pull-to-refresh on the You tab
  2. Tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings → Subscription
  3. If still stuck, email us with the date you purchased and we'll look into it

The AI gave me a bad reply / something inappropriate

Tell us at [email protected] with a screenshot if you can. We use OpenAI's moderation API to filter unsafe content, but it's not perfect. Feedback helps us tune it.
